We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in saleable condition (new unworn, with tags attached) with all shipping and proof of purchase documents (or gift receipt) from our ETNwear.com website within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (see Refunds below). For gift receipt returns please be sure to have the full name and order number of the person who made the original purchase. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned, they may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise. We reserve the right to limit or deny purchases that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or which do seem not intended for personal use only.
